Terms & Condition's
If any errors do happen – we usually issue a refund, (minus a small CC processor fee).
We issue a refund only when bought the same poster twice. If you made a mistake and you buy a different poster the refund will only be 50% of the amount paid at checkout.
For any customization feel free to email us at any time, we usually respond right away.
Prints
Prints can be ordered through SimchaCard, by selecting the location you want to print, the paper size and the amount of prints the amount for the prints will be charged upon checkout, and it is non-refundable, so please make sure there is no mistakes in your template.
Please note that prints are not delivered and needs to be picked up from the shop by the user.
